Inleiding


De pedagogisch werker biedt het kind activiteiten aan, gericht op de gemiddelde motorische,
cognitieve en sociaal-emotionele ontwikkeling van het kind. Ze maakt daarbij gebruik van speel-,
sport- en/of ontwikkelingsmaterialen. Zij voert de activiteiten uit en begeleidt en stimuleert
individuele kinderen of een groep kinderen doelgericht bij de uitvoering van de activiteiten. Zij zet de
taal in als gerichte interventie om ook de taal-denkontwikkeling te stimuleren. Ze signaleert
voortgang en/of afwijkingen in de ontwikkeling van het kind bij de uitvoering van de
ontwikkelingsgerichte activiteiten.
