Hello and welcome to my presentation, in an offering of information and advice that
could lead to potential growth and meeting of specific outlined goals, aims and
objectives.

As you know Local Gym PLC, is a newly merged company that seeks to develop and
dominate the space through increased profits, innovation and increasing the number
of loyal and happy customers. It has done well to increase the net profits ten fold all
while offering more quality locations for customers to venture into. However, issues
have and may continue to formulate through a number of currently small factors,
specifically within the planning of HR.

Through this speech I will be identifying the different issues that I believe, with
certain implementations of recommendations the company could result in
benefitting from a seemingly negative situation and in turn meet all company goals to
the highest possible standard.
