Wagner -O'Day (JWOD) Act and is responsible for overall leadership, strategic guidance, an d administration for the AbilityOne Program. ✔✔True The Central Nonprofit Agencies, the National Industries for the Blind (NIB), SourceAmerica, and American Foundation for the Blind (AFB) are not government agencies ✔✔True Federal Agencies through their decisions to add supplies and services to the Procurement List, and to buy supplies and services on the Procurement List provide participating nonprofit agencies (NPAs) the means to create employment opportunities for people who are blind or have significa nt disabilities ✔✔True Central Nonprofit Agencies (NIB, SourceAmerica and American Foundation fo the Blind) perform multiple roles representing their network of participating NPAs. They directly interface with the Commission, NPAs, contracting activities, and recommend supplies and services to the Commission for addition to the Procurement List. ✔✔True (PL) is the official list of products and services that the Commission has determined suitable for procurement by Federal agencies and suitable for provisi on by people who are blind or who have significant disabilities pursuant to the JWOD Act. The Contracting activity should participate in developing appropriate pricing information and negotiate a recommended FMP with the NPA/CNA using methods in FAR subpart 15.4.
