FDA (Food and Drug Administration)
The FDA regulates all medical devices are safe before companies market them and that
they must provide IFU's for their products on how to reprocess. Also, any single use
device must be cleared by FDA
HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
Patient confidentiality is provided by HIPAA
