This includes verbal and nonverbal communication as well as visual aids

Lead by example, live according to high moral values
Children would rather listen to someone they look up to

Rewarding good work – learners will do good work again
Strict punishments creates negativity within the students and towards the
teacher
5. Fair and just
Treat learners equally, but remember they are individuals
Also teaches learners to treat each other equally and the importance of it
6. Leadership
Responsibility of being a strong instructor – children listen
Lead learners on the right path and help by showing obstacles on the way

Go beyond the expected times
Offer help when learners need it
Committed to curriculum they teach
Always learn in hope of becoming a better teacher
