Public sector provide essential services to the public. They are owned, run, and funded by the
government.



Non-profit organisation:

 not all businesses will have objective to profit.
 businesses may have an object to do good for society and any surplus made is ploughed
back into achieving that goal.
 these may be social enterprises or charities.

Mutuals:

o Mutuals are organisations that operate for the wellbeing of their members
o Members can be:
 Customers
 Employees
 Suppliers/producers
