Part One: Strengths and Weaknesses
Strength: Design skills.
I have incredible drawing skills that are extremely accurate, this means that I’m able to draw a lot of detail with absolute
perfection.
How can I use this to my advantage in the future?
Accurately portray a client’s needs with accurate planning before the work begins. This will save a lot of time as the idea is
visually portrayed without wasting time in creating the work only for it to be wrong. The best example of where this is
greatly needed is web design, planning the pages out and where tables and links need to go is easier to follow when it’s
drawn using storyboards.
Development need
I am sometimes very untidy and unorganized with my work.
Ways to address this
Purposely push myself to get into good habits of keeping my work tidy and organized. To make sure my files are labelled
properly and put in order so they are easier to locate without having to check every file that is labelled “Untitled”.

How can I use this to my advantage in the future?
I have a good step-by-step approach to solving problems and seeking practical information to help with every cause. I can
achieve this by looking at the big picture and have an intuitive way of thinking to tackle the problem.
Development need
Time constraints are usually in the way of being to problem solve effectively as well as impatience so I easily give up and
move onto something else.
Ways to address this
Ways to help address the problem is to plan, explore and execute the case and reflecting on how I reached the conclusion.
By working backwards, I can learn different ways of achieving the same result either more accurately or quicker.
Strength: Communication skills
How can I use this to my advantage in the future?
Communicating easily with others in a clear and precise way without sounding patronizing or intimidating to others.
Having good communication with others helps me solve problems quicker, this means that if I start explaining something
to a friend and before I’ve finished explaining it I always come up with a solution or an answer. Speaking or writing is far
more effective than thinking, as the sound flows through the ears quicker and can be picked up easily and can be more
precise. This helps with being a good listener and quickly learning from others through communicating idea’s or thoughts,
it helps improve my knowledge and theirs.
