They check how the children are doing with their schoolwork daily. Ayanda’s aunt and uncle live close by and they make sure that they know where the children are at all times and actively monitor their homework. His parents also communicate often with their teachers at school. Ayanda and his siblings are fortunate that they attend a good suburban primary school that offers dependable aftercare assistance. The teachers and school management are very dedicated to their work and the children and community they serve. Ayanda enjoys going to school. He particularly enjoys Mathematics, as well as taking part in after-school extramural activities. He interacts with his peers in positive ways and he has a few close friends who are a good influence on him.
