CSE260: Digital Logic Design Laboratory Section: 05: Design a circuit that outputs 2’s complement of a 3 bit number using encoder & decoder.  Implementing 2’s complement and active low outpu t of a 3 bit number using encoder & decoder  Getting familiarized with the output functions of encoder and decoder  Required Components and Equipment  Bread Board  IC: 74ls138 [decoder]; 74ls148 [encoder]  Experimental Setup  For each of the ICs’, we have placed IC correctly on the trainer board  We have connected IC=74ls138’s pin 4(G2A), 5(G2B) to the GND and 6(G1) to “+5V” position of DC Power Supply of the trainer board to enable the IC-74ls138, and also connected pin 8 to “GND” position and 16 to “+5V” position of DC Power Supply of the trainer board.  We have also connected IC=74ls148’s pin 5(E1) to “+5V” position of DC Power Supply of the trainer board to enable the IC-74ls148, and also connected pin 8 to “GND” position and 16 to “+5V” position of DC Power Supply of the trainer board.  We have connected the inputs to Data switches and the output to any position of the LED Display
