➢Steroids

➢Moisturize
■Best time is after a shower or bath

➢Avoid scratching- can use gloves or mittens, keep nails short and trimmed with smooth round edges

■Avoid peak hours 10am-4pm

➢Small waxy nodule with superficial blood vessels, well defined borders
➢Invades local structures, nerves, bones, cartilage, lymphatic and vascular tissue
➢Rarely metastatic but high rate of occurrence
