Wat is mentale training?
Prestaties:
 Fysiek:
Kracht, snelheid, uithoudingsvermogen, lenigheid en coördinatie.
 Techniek:
Bv. (balvaardigheden)

Bv. Rekening houden met tegenstander/ omstandigheden
 Mentaal….

Mentale training:
Het systematisch aanleren van mentale vaardigheden teneinde sportprestaties te verbeteren.

Mentale (basis) vaardigheden:

 Aandacht/ concentratie
 Spanningsregulatie
 Gedachtecontrole

De PRAKTIJKsportpsycholoog:
Veel gehoorde hulpvragen:
