The main objective of the experiment is to Implement Digital Input, Digital Output and Data Communication sub-systems in a computer controlled system. Also to create a test program for testing digital sensors by implementing data communication between the micro- controller and the PC to display digital sensor input values (logic states) in the Serial Monitor window on the PC. Moreover, to create a simple computer controlled system so that (push button/switch) digital input sensor is used to control the digital output devices (LEDs) to emulate a simple traffic light control system.
