internet for:

business online. This fast connection makes sure that businesses
can effectively transmit data and information without security or

 Skype – This is a free software technology where you can
communicate with people around the world over the internet. Also,
Skype is free to use. This technology enables people to make a

user. Businesses use Skype as it’s a flexible and efficient method to
talk so they can build a stronger relationship with employees,
customers and suppliers at work.

better. Nowadays, a business uses software that can give businesses
templates and techniques for giving excellent customer service over the

in care. Delivery, online catalogues, FAQs (frequency asked questions),
product descriptions, images, contact us and telephone are all the
features of a web.

added an online sales channel to their existing business. For example
home shopping such as Tesco, Next and Sainsbury’s.
