Bij deze nutriënten dien je de normen te kennen die int tabel V staan vermeld.




Deze normen dien je aan te kunnen passen aan de volgende voedingspatronen:
Vegetarisch en veganistisch voedingspatroon:
Vegetarisch x1,2 zoveel eiwit
Veganistisch x1,3 zoveel eiwit

Obesen/afvallers:
vet inname tot maximaal 30-35en%
geen of matig alcohol
Verlaagde energie inname

COPD-ers:
energie inname 150-200% van het rustmetabolisme
1,5-1,7 gram eiwit per kg lichaamsgewicht
10-20 microgram vitamine D
1000-1200 mg calcium
verder consumeren volgens de richtlijnen.

Wedstrijdsporters (dieetbehandelingsrichtlijn) :
KH inname: 3 tot 12 gram per kilogram lichaamsgewicht (afhankelijk van sport, intensiteit en
hoeveelheid)
3----12 gram per kilogram lichaamsgewicht.

Ewit: 0,8 tot 2 gram per kilogram lichaamsgewicht (afhankelijk van sport, intensiteit en hoeveelheid)
0, – 1, – 1,,5 – 2 gram per kilogram lichaamsgewicht.

Vet inname: 20 – 35 en%

, Na de wedstrijd of het sportmoment:
KH inname: binnen 2 uur 1-2 gram KH per kg lichaamsgewicht.
Eiwit inname: 20 – 25 gram eiwit in eerste maaltijd of drank na het sportmoment.
