The Javits-Wagner-O'Day - Answer - (JWOD) Act requires the Government to purchase
supplies or services that the Commission determines are suitable to be added to the Procurement List (PL), at a Fair Market Price (FMP), from AbilityOne-participating nonprofit agencies, if they are available within the time period required. The supply or service must be on the PL prior to purchase.
