Circulatie prenataal
In navelstreng zitten 3 bloedvaten, 2 slagaders en 1 vene (ader). Als er maar 1
slagader in de navelstreng zit, meer risico’s! Het kan NIET dat er geen vene in zit.
De bloedstroom van de placenta, vene is zuurstofrijk.
Bloed gaat niet door de longen bij het kindje (heeft geen longcirculatie in de
baarmoeder). Heeft een omleiding in het hart om het bloed te vervoeren.

Ductus venosus is de verbinding tussen twee venen. Die gaat dicht zodra het
kind geboren wordt.

De ductus arteriacus (Botalli) of ductus arteriosus (Botalli)is een bloedvat dat de
longslagader (arteria pulmonaria) verbindt met de lichaamsslagader (aorta).

Placenta
In de placenta is de circulatie van de moeder en het kind te vinden.
De slagaders van de moeder voeren zuurstofrijk bloed aan.
De wand van placenta aan de kant van de baby, zitten verschillende structuren
voor de circulatie.
Het bloed van de moeder komt in de placenta terecht, waardoor het afgevoerd
wordt via de bloedvaten van de baby.

Longen
Bij 34 weken zijn de longen voor ongeveer 50% rijp.
Hoe vroeger het kind geboren wordt, hoe dikker de wand van de longblaasjes
zijn.

Hartfrequentie
Ongeborenen= 110-150 per minuut
Tachycardie= hoger dan 16
Bradycardie= lager dan 120/100

Ademhalingsfrequentie
Ongeborene is 0 per minuut
Neonaat= 30-40 per minuut

Als de navelstreng door is, gaat het co2 gehalte omhoog, waardoor er een
ademhalingsprikkel ‘verstuurd’ wordt. Hierdoor gaan de longblaasjes
(surfactant= oppervlakte) open en vindt er uitwisseling plaats.

 Geen placentacirculatie
 De 2 arteriën, slagaders, sluiten
 1 vene umbilicus sluit
 De longcirculatie komt op gang.
 Ductus arteriosus/botalli sluit
 Het foramen ovale sluit= Het foramen ovale is de open verbinding tussen
de linker- en rechterboezem van het hart
