The review of the teamworking activity for P6 can be presented in any appropriate written form and must be carried out individually. The review should incorporate the characteristics and roles within the team, the leadership/management style of the team leaders, causes (or possible causes) of conflict and how it is/would be resolved. This can be followed by how performance is monitored and an overall judgement of how well the team and team leaders performed. Feedback between team members and the team leader may arise naturally as the activity is happening, but it could be carried out immediately after the team activities have finished (as a full group or in sub-groups or pairs), and witnessed by the tutor. If there is an absence of evidence feedback being given and received during the activity, the tutor must ensure that it takes place after the event.

In this task I’m going to review my team’s overall effectiveness,
together with my contribution to achieving the goals, receiving
and providing feedback to other team members. I will conduct
my review with a table which should hopefully give you a good
outlook to my assignment.
I’m going to show my performance review through a table to in
order an easy aspect of how my group done. But before that
I’m going to do a mini feedback I annotated from what I
received from reactions from my teacher and my group. The
feedback that we received from our teacher and classmates
was positive, the main point was communication, we had a
small problem loading our presentation which delayed our
presentation slightly, we were instructed to promote our poster
on a wider scale (e.g. social media, post copies around colleges
and unis and hand out flyers to our people who walk past our
store to promote.) We were also encouraged to talk more on
the law side of things and specifically state the acts that we
encounter, Food safety act. But this was not my fault as that
job was positioned to one of my other team mates. I brought
my personal skills such as confidence and communication to
help the team achieve our goal. I would give my team members
feedback whenever they needed it through one on one meeting
where I would explain how they could improve on their
presentation and they would do the same for me and through
that we were helping each other. Overall, as a team we worked
well. We used skills and attributes that we portrayed
individually to the best of our ability to help them team produce
a presentation of quality.
