development of e-business generally. Followed by a personal development plan to
help an individual prepare for increased use of e business.
The government supports E-business in many different ways, they help the business
to develop and run smoothly and efficiently, which in return helps the government
to attain taxes from the businesses and it also helps government as it provides jobs
for many different people. Government has a team of people that are based on
helping businesses to become more profitable and the way they do this is by
promoting better use of ICT. There is an e-business team created by the government
who wants to help businesses to lower business costs, become more advanced and
trade a lot more successfully.
They also want to support the businesses in improving their performance by
combining ICT into their core business procedures. Government has helped the
businesses to:
Manage systems that helps with customer relationship
Financial Management packages
Stock Control systems
Information management tools
The government provides loans and grants of a great amount which can help a
business at a very crucial point. They also help the infrastructure overall which all
the businesses can benefit from, as the broadband is being changed at regular
intervals and government is introducing new technology which has given rise to e-
marketing and that’s where the government gets its customers from. If the internet
connection is slow than the users won’t be using the internet to buy products and
hence the business investment would be drowned permanently.
