The success of the organisation depends largely on the association of the individuals who are
involved in the work to achieve the objective. for the individuals to proper associates with each
other in a positive manner , each one of them has to understand the diversity of cultures and the
background of each person involved. Understanding of cultural diversity play a major role on the
outcome of the structured frame work to achieve the desired objective. The knowledge and good
approach to cultural diversity becomes a pillar that sustain a good relationship between all the
members involved and ensures a good behaviour of the staff within the company.

Is the representation of diverse background beliefs and morals that individuals within the group
uphold to and these morals and beliefs govern the behaviour of the individuals within the group.

1.PERCEPTUAL AS A BARRIER.
Individuals from different background receive and perceive information differently. How a person
perceive the situation will influence how the person behave and respond to that situation. law
enforcement officials might receive the information differently specially if the information received
came in a form of a non-verbal communication. These is the greatest challenge of communication
within the organisation as law enforcement might react differently and endanger the lives of those
involve.
2.CULTURAL DIVESIRTY AS A CHALLENGE.
People who poses the same cultural background behave and respond the same when faced by the
same ethical dilemma. Such individual can receive and understand information without any
difficulty. Cultural diversity may delay the responds of law enforcement during emergency reaction
and this may place the lives of some people in danger.
