Introduction
In this assignment, I will produce a plan that meets clients' needs and is created
accurately according to the owner. I'll also justify the plan and gain feedback to
an extent that it's appropriate to the solution. Furthermore, with that plan and
justification, I will develop a solution using the plan which in the end the target is
to test the solutions and provide documentation that I need to test the cloud
storage and collaboration solution to ensure that it functions properly and
satisfies the client's requirements.
B.P3 Produce designs for a digital animation and effects product to
meet a client’s brief.
Client brief
You have recently taken a job as a junior animator at a small digital media studio
and have been asked to develop an animation for a client. The client is a charity
that encourages children to take upcycling. The animation needs to encourage
children to wear a cycling helmet when riding and will be put on the charity's site.
It should appeal to children in the 7-9 age groups and be colorful and engaging
with accompanying music and sound effects. It should warn of the dangers of not
wearing a helmet but should not be unduly negative or frightening.
Own brief and research
As I have been asked to produce an animation for the security of the children, an
animation that will encourage them to wear cycling helmets while they cycle. The
animation will need to be made for children around 7 to 9 years old, which will
need to be colorful and encourage them, and not have too dangerous an
appearance. In my research to produce the animation, I can use any software for
animation, such as Adobe Animation, Blender, Pencil2D, YouTube, Veed.io, or
PowToon.
Brainstorming
I will list ideas to think about the plan, which is about the processes that I am
going to start the animation and gather other ideas that I will include while I will
produce the animation. I will use bright colors because it catches kids' attention
quickly, I will use a simple animation to make them understand why cycling
without a helmet, the characters in the animation will be for kid's animation, it will
include the dialogues, I will add the background, I will add objects, and it will be 2
minutes long.

Quality characteristics
The durability of the animation will be 2 minutes long, the consistency will show
the reason to wear a helmet when the child will cycle, and the warning animation
will have an optimized quality of the image so that the view of the audience can
be nice and clear. I will try my best to meet the client's requirements to satisfy the
viewers with the animation, which will be as it is requested. The appearance of
the video will be safe for the child's view and will be a video about the safety of
riding a bike safely.
Processing and editing techniques
I have decided to create the animation by using Adobe Animation, Veed.io, and
PowToon which offer me many tools and techniques which will help me to
complete my task and it will also meet the client's requirements. First, my idea to
start the animation is to give an introduction, and then I will create different
scenes by advising the students on the reasons why they should wear a helmet.
Moreover, I will add the background of the scene, and then I will add the
characters and the objects required and I will make sure to make it look colorful
and appropriate for the age of 7 to 9.
When I finish setting up the scene, I will start to edit the movements of the
characters and objects. There are sections where I will be able to edit the
duration of the movement of the character or object, I will use the techniques to
add the voice to the animation by Adobe Animate as someone is presenting the
scenes, and I will add subtitles too. The suitable file compression for a good
quality image is GIF because it supports the animation content, and this will give
a good view of the color as well.

Requirements of the brief
The requirement of the brief is to develop an animation to encourage the children
to wear helmets for their safety while cycling, sometimes kids don't want to wear
them. The purpose of the animation is to warn the kids and adults to encourage
them to wear helmets so they won't risk any danger, this is also safe for society
and it might be helpful also for adults if anyone won't follow the rule of safety. The
animation that I am going to produce will be mainly for the young audience or any
teenager.
Market research

Before producing my animation, I need to know the audience's interest so that I
can have a target audience and enough information to produce the request by
meeting the client's requirements. I will gather information by observing the
requirements, getting feedback, and asking more about the people for more
information; all the market research will help me to develop my designs and
ideas for the animation.
Technique planning
I need to consider the techniques of planning, and for this, because I have talked
about some processes in my plan (notes on mood board) these notes will help
me to have a reminder for the processes that I will need to include while I will
create the animation. The technique that I have to remember in my process is to
modify the character's movements and expressions so that the actions can be
helpful to understanding the story and also give an interesting view. I will need to
make sure to add the items and some sound effects including background music.
Product design
The title that I am going to choose for my story is ‘Helmet is a life saver’, firstly I
will do a little introduction about road danger and then I will explain the
awareness by presenting with the characters and objects to make it look fun. The
first piece of advice I will tell about the safety of wearing a helmet, the second
advice I will say about the cost, the third advice will be about the injuries, the
fourth advice I will say the availability of the helmet, the fifth advice will be about
what is allowed while riding a bike and what is not, then I will explain why to wear
a helmet, advice 7 is about the health and safety of the people, in the end, I will
put awareness to spread the voice. In the end, I will add the final scene where I
will thank you for watching and put a clip about riding a bike. I think this plan is
appropriate for the children to show them the awareness of wearing a helmet.
The background will be in different types of scenes. I will add the subtitles with
the sound voices and sound effects of the incidents. I will produce a 2 min or
more video which will come in 25 fps which is 6000 frames.
The hardware requirements that I am going to include are input devices like
motion capture, microphone, laser scanning, and some output devices like
headphones and speakers. Software requirements that I am going to include are
the tools that the app will offer me, target file formats, types, and sizes. Ready-
made assets I can use the visual ones like an image or any scene that has been
done already or audio, for example, a music or sound effect. When I will create
