PURPOSE
The model's goal is to predict how much money the cheese company will make in the future. By
changing certain variables, such as the exchange rate between the euro and the pound, the price of
the cheeses, and the selling price, the company can receive quick feedback on whether a change will
be advantageous to their operations.
USER REQUIREMENTS
Converting Euros to Pounds and adjusting the exchange rate
Calculate the UK sales price, which is 40% higher than the cheese's original purchasing price.
For every £1 rise in price, 20 units are sold fewer.
Being user-friendly.
RESTRICTIONS
Spreadsheet Creating Restrictions
The time I have will be one restriction. Like anything else, there is a time limit on how long you must
finish everything, so I'll create objectives for myself each week so that I have something to strive for.
This way, I can make sure that everything is finished within the time limit.
The hardware I use will be the last restriction I'll encounter. The creation of the spreadsheet may be
slowed down if the computer is a few years old because the tools used to create spreadsheets
demand a more recent system. The next issue is how well the software performs if you're fortunate
and can get it to run. An outdated computer may freeze if you try to do too much with it.
User Restrictions
The user's ability to use the spreadsheet could be a limitation. The spreadsheet's instructions must
be very explicit because if they are not, the user may become frustrated and may give up on trying
to use it. I'll label every part of the spreadsheet so that users can easily understand what the
numbers mean, ensuring that it is simple enough for them to utilise.
The layout of the spreadsheet may be the user's last restriction. The user will find it difficult to use
the spreadsheet properly if the colours are difficult to look at, which could result in an error in the
expected cheese profits.
