- Es una expresión conjetural de la relación que existe entre dos o más variables. Siempre aparece en forma de oración aseverativa y
relaciona, de forma general una variable con otra. (Kerlinger, 1996, p. 12)




Elementos a tener en cuenta sobre las relaciones entre variables

- Se enuncian en tiempo presente, en forma declarativa.
- Verificable. Dicha relación debe ser observable y mensurable en la realidad.
- Consistente. Coherente con el marco teórico de la investigación y con los resultados esperados.
- Plausible. Pertinente en relación al fenómeno estudiado.
