,Inleiding
De casus waarop deze beroepsopdracht gebaseerd is, is casus 4 over het conflict
tussen Fred en Leon en Kim. Het gaat hierbij om een conflict tussen huurders
onderling, die een woning huren bij woningcorporatie Vestia te Rotterdam. In
hoofdstuk 1 wordt de juridische analyse van dit conflict besproken, waarin wordt
aangegeven welke huurrechtelijke onderwerpen van toepassing zijn op het
conflict. In bijlage 1 bevindt zich tot slot een algemene juridische analyse waarin
alle onderwerpen worden besproken die tijdens de lessen van huurrecht aan bod
zijn gekomen.
