Database Management
● Shall meet data quality requirements that are adequate for the intended use of the data
● Operator shall ensure the timely distribution and insertion of current and unaltered
aeronautical databases to all aircraft that require them
● Operator shall report to the database provider instances of erroneous, inconsistent or
missing data that might be reasonably expected to constitute a hazard to flight
Documentation to be carried on board
● Shall be presented to a person authorised by an authority in a reasonable time.
Dry Lease
● Without crew
● Agreement between undertakings pursuant to which the aircraft is operated under the air
operator certificate (AOC) of the lessee or, in the case of commercial operations other than
CAT, under the responsibility of the lessee.
Wet Lease
● With crew
● In the case of CAT operations, between air carriers pursuant to which the aircraft is operated
under the AOC of the lessor; or
● In the case of commercial operations other than CAT, between operators pursuant to which
the aircraft is operated under the responsibility of the lessor.

, Fire extinguishers
● Aeroplanes shall be equipped with at least one hand fire extinguisher in the flight crew
compartment
● At least one hand fire extinguisher shall be located in, or readily accessible for use in, each
galley not located on the main passenger compartment
● At least one fire extinguisher shall be available for use in each class A or B cargo or baggage
compartment and in each class E cargo compartment that is accessible to crew members in
flight.
Refuelling while boarding
● No smoking sign shall be ON
● Communication shall be established with the ground crew
● Pax, Crew, and personnel should be warned about the situation
● All the cabin crew must be on board.
Refuelling Fire precautions
● All bonding and connections to the earth terminal between ground equipment and the
aircraft should be made before the filler caps are removed.
Flight Duty Period
● Unforeseen circumstances, FDP may be increased by not more than 3 hours.
Low visibility operations
● Low visibility take-off operation
● Lower than standard category I operation
● CAT II
● CAT III
● Approach operation utilising enhanced vision systems
