“GESTORES DE BASE DE DATOS”

, INTRODUCCIÓN

En el presente trabajo he recopilado cuatro gestores de base de datos que más

me llamaron la atención.

Definiendo el concepto de base datos según www.masadelante.com “es una

colección de información organizada de forma que un programa de ordenador

pueda seleccionar rápidamente los fragmentos de datos que necesite. Una base

de datos es un sistema de archivos electrónico. ... A veces se utiliza DB, de data

base en inglés, para referirse a las bases de datos”.

En esta pequeña investigación sobre base datos realicé una pequeña recopilación

y resumen sobre los cuatro gestores de base datos muy utilizados en la actualidad

los cuales son: MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL y mongoDB.

Verán características de cada una de ellas, ventajas y desventajas.

Limitaciones para esta investigación puedo decir que han sido mínimas, hay

información suficiente en enciclopedias digitales, blogs, en las páginas web, etc.

He encontrado páginas que hacen comparaciones con otros gestores de base

datos, muy interesantes.
