Dear Sir,
I have been a loyal customer to you for the past 3 years. I received high speed internet
service from your internet which is one of the reasons why I continue to use Converge as my
internet provider. However, I would like to write this letter to inform you that I have been
experiencing severe interruptions for the last 5 days on my internet because of slow speeds.
On the 13th of March this year, my internet already started to slow down. I thought it was my
computer’s problem or the wire of the Wi-Fi is not connected properly. I tried to check every
occurrence that might be a cause for the internet to slow down but I can’t find it. On the
same day, I contacted you about the service interruption. You said that you will send a
repairman on Monday which is March 15, but then no repairman appeared.
I am having difficulty as a student because I need to attend online classes every day, have
exams every month and our activities are also done online therefore I need a proper internet
connection. I already contacted you once and I hope this will be the last time. For now, I
request again to send someone from your company to check my internet connection. I
expect a quick response since you need to prioritize first your customers.
If you can’t grant my request, sorry to say but I must move to another provider. Please call
