Hartspierweefsel is op een andere manier georganiseerd dan andere spieren. Het
hart wordt dus nooit moe.

12.1. ANATOMIE VAN HET HART


1. UITWENIDGE ANATOMIE

Hart = pomp die verbinding vormt tussen grote en
kleine bloedsomloop (‘COR’)
-> 4 onderdelen: Li en Re atrium (boezem) en Li
en Re ventrikel (kamer)
-> onder sternum
-> met punt naar linkerkant georiënteerd
-> omgeven door het pericard
Kleine bloedsomloop = bloed naar longen en
terug naar hart
->= pulmonale bloedsomloop
Grote bloedsomloop = bloed naar andere perifere
weefsels en terug naar hart
-> systemische bloedsomloop
Arteriën = voeren bloed van hart weg (efferent)
Venen = voeren bloed naar hart terug (afferent)
Tussenin: capillairen
Arteriën -> arteriolen -> capillairen samen in venulen -> samen in grotere venen
-> naar hart

, Pericard = hartzakje (sereus membraan)
- Visceraal pericard: bekleedt oppervlak hart (=epicardium)
- Pariëtaal pericard: bekleedt pericardiale zak die hart omgeeft
- Pericardiale ruimte: bevat vloeistof (smering + vermindering wrijving)
