Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse is the credential for nurses who assist individuals
with disabilities and chronic illness to restore, maintain, and promote optimal health.

• Candidate must obtain verified 2-years as Rehab RN or 1-year with 1-year advanced
education beyond BSN

The CRRN certification is offered at this facility and is for nurses to obtain specific training related to rehabilitation of
patients. Candidate should assess the candidate handbook and can apply for the exam online. Applicant will have
approximately 45 days to review and prepare for the exam. After applying on the online portal it is important to use as
many resources as possible to study for exam and learn the CRRN exam content outline. The cost for the exam is $425
and a $35 late fee. If member of the Association of Rehabilitation Nurse the exam is $285. Candidate must have either
two years of practice as RN in rehabilitation facility setting within the last five years or one year of practicing in a
rehabilitation facility in combination with one year of advanced education beyond BSN within the last five years. Two
professional colleagues such as nursing manager, physician or therapist must verify this experience.
