Patient stated it started two days ago, he is hungry and unable to heart. Patient very quiet, as it hurts to talk. Patient has no significant history, no recent cold, or viral infections, there is nothing that makes the pain better, it is worse when he attempts to eat or drink. Patient rates pain 4 out of 10 at rest, if he tries to eat, the pain is a 10/10.
