Describe how you found and approached the
interviewee, reflect on your choice, and He is a coordinator of multiple settings within

were some unpleasant communication error
when the company he is working for wanted to
transform their hierarchy (and cut him and
several colleague’s out of the organizational
chart). This was after the organization merged.
Several others with the same function quitted
or are wrought-up and staying at home. I
expect that he is aware of the organization
culture, hierarchy and it’s underlying
communication processes.
Of course is it anecdotal evidence at first, but
this research could be the start of another.
Those several (homogeneous) members could
be interviewed and that could be transferred to
other contexts, theory’s or even be applicable
(within similar organizations) to a more general
population.
It is an extreme or unique study since it is a quit
specific case with a high value on hierarchal
renovation communication error within
healthcare and welfare. I expect it to be
enlightening on the subject.

, Week 2 Interview training
Points to keep in mind for the interview, minimally 3 points:
1. ********* will not use hard to understand professional or academic words or sentences.
2. I need to take into account that I’m used to do conversations on a certain way, that relates
back to my previous educations and the difference between having a conversations and an
actual interview. You are there for a specific reason.
3. I do not need to think too much of the assignment, but just let it go it natural way, while still
structuring the interview on a semi-structured way.
