A. Summary of the Problem
At The Fan Company where I am a Regional Sales Manager there is a commitment to The

Geo Company to fulfill orders within 30 days from when the order enter into our ERP system by

our customer service team. My goal is to evaluate if The Fan Company is actually meeting their

obligation to this customer.

B1. Describe the Data Collected

I collected the number of orders placed throughout the month of March 2018, the date that

order was entered into our ERP system, and the date that order shipped to The Geo Company.
