Voorwoord
In samenwerking met de Hogeschool van Amsterdam (HvA) is dit verslag is gerealiseerd.
Alle eerstejaarsstudenten van de opleiding Creative Business hebben de opgave gekregen
om een website naar keuze te analyseren aan de hand van de online marketingfunnel.
Daarna was het de opdracht om een eigen succesvol webshopconcept te bedenken.

Tijdens het maken van dit onderzoek heb ik veel gehad aan de volgende personen: docente
Esmée van Rijnberk, respondent Mila Kroon en respondent Eben Baah. Ik wil graag mijn
docent Esmée van Rijnberk bedanken voor de lessen, adviezen en begeleiding. Ook wil ik
de respondenten bedanken voor het beschikbaar stellen van hun tijd en moeite voor de user
feedback. Ik heb resultaten kunnen verwerken die meerwaarde gaven aan mijn verslag.

Er is ook beeldmateriaal aangeleverd dat is gebruikt bij het maken van mijn onderzoek. Door
de kennisclips werd snel duidelijk wat de bedoeling was van de opdracht en hoe dit het
beste uitgevoerd kon worden. Ook de aangeleverde slides hebben mij geholpen tot de best
mogelijke resultaten.
