According to Robert S. Feldman, (2018) the processes are summarized as thus, Ray of light goes through the cornea, which bends the light and helps to have a sharp focus. After passing through the cornea, the light enters the pupil, the pupil then allows as much or little light to enter as necessary to see an image properly by constricting and dilating, and then it enters the lens that is right behind the pupil. The lens bends the rays of light so that they are focused on the rear of the eye. After traveling through the pupil and lens, visual reception occurs at the retina where there are two photoreceptors called the cones and rods. Cones are function to bring a sharp focused awareness of color in high light surroundings or daylight and rods are related to night vision or vision in a dim lit place or surroundings which are not well-detailed and insensitive to color compared to cones. When light reaches the rods and cones, some processes occur that transforms light to neural impulse that passes through optic nerve to the brain for processing. Visual cortex of the brain functions to process visual information. The optic nerve divides at the optic chiasm, so that the nerve impulse coming from the right half of the retina is goes to the right side of the brain and impulse arriving from left half of the retina are goes to the left part of the brain (Feldman, 2018). The other senses I used during the activity in which I closed my eyes and blind folded my self for 25 minutes were sense of touch, smell and hearing. To perceive my surroundings I used the sense of touch to feel the things around and recognize them as
