, Inleiding

Mijn naam is en ik ben 21 jaar oud. Momenteel zit ik in mijn derde jaar van de opleiding
Verpleegkunde op Hogeschool Rotterdam. Ik loop sinds 30 augustus stage op de afdeling neurologie
van het. Voor mijn tussenevaluatie heb ik een casus gekozen die ik op stage heb meegemaakt. Deze
casus heb ik doormiddel van een STARRT-reflectie verslag uitgewerkt. Hierin heb ik een aantal
(focus)competenties gekoppeld. Daarnaast heb ik mijn competenties geprobeerd aan te tonen aan
de hand van bewijslast. Ik hoop dat ik in dit document voldoende informatie heb gegeven en
duidelijk genoeg ben geweest.
