Taalontwikkeling: geboorte – 12 jaar




Een kind kan een taal leren door een wisselwerking tussen de aangeboren taalvermogen
en het taalaanbod, gegeven door de omgeving.
Daarnaast hangt de taalontwikkeling samen met de ontwikkeling van het kind op andere
domeinen, zoals de sensori-motorische ontwikkeling.

DUS: de taalontwikkeling is een multidimensioneel gebeuren omdat het een complex
proces is waarbij verschillende factoren een rol spelen.
