Good afternoon everyone and thank you for being able to join me for today’s presentation.
The purpose of today’s presentation is to find a perfect new office for our London
headquarters here in the financial heart of London, as we have outgrown our current office.
Management has asked me to identify suitable locations in the City close to public transport.
In my presentation I will evaluate three possible locations that I found with help of a real
estate agent and I would like to finish off by recommending the best option after which the
ball is in your court.
I’d be happy to answer any questions you might have at the end of my presentation.
So, let’s start with the first of the three alternatives:
Option A is the cheapest option. The building is situated between some of the biggest
financial institutions in the UK, at the very heart of the financial centre. This office consists of
five floors. Floors 2 to 4 provide enough flexible spaces. On the second floor there are many
meetings rooms. The fifth floor will be vacated in the autumn of 2022 and can be rented as
well.
The underground is within considerable distance
Disadvantages are: the building does not have enough parking spaces and the offices at the
back of the building do not get sufficient daylight. The price is 40 Pounds per square feet,
which is remarkably reasonable for this location.
Available per 1 February.
