Unit 12 Internet Marketing in Business P3. Akalia Danalee Newland

Explain the benefits to customers of a business
using internet marketing

Scenario:

In this scenario I have been assigned to support and assist a
Business Advisor concerning the pre-existing corporations they
could collaborate with this collaboration could be locally or
nationally. Furthermore, within this scenario I will need to put
together a document that details the positives as well as the
benefits that customers gain when a business offers internet
marketing.

Apple

The profit making business that I have chosen is Apple as I believe
that that Apple has many benefits for consumers when they use
internet marketing business techniques. One of the many examples
of benefits includes the 24/7 access that consumers have to the
website so they are consistently serviced by Apple . This could be
seen as a benefit as consumers will have constant updates on their
orders/purchases such as delivery updates or packaging/processing
time of the customers orders. Which is extremely beneficial to
consumers so they can track their orders location. Moreover, these
benefits are also strengthen by the other side of internet marketing,
which includes the use of track and trace , where consumers get
provided with links to postal delivery companies that are in charge
of getting the goods to the customer. These links are provided to
automatically bring customers to their delivery information and
location status without having to remember your order number and
tracking number this is extremely helpful for customers that are not
familiar with technology or consumers that are elderly.

The other benefits that consumers have when Apple uses internet
marketing includes when Apple incorporates social media into their
internet marketing this is beneficial as it allows customers to be up
to date with Apples new products giving the fact that they launch
new products every year that are either upgraded or completely
refurbished. Adding to this , the other beneficial side of social media
for customers includes the 24/7 customer service that is provided
this increases the response times from businesses which could
sought out issues faster such as broken screen , speaker
malfunction and etc.. Which overall increases the availability for
customers to get help with their digital complaints.
