According to Jabbar and Hussein (2017, p.104), leaders are keys to connect and
align strategic management process and organization vision, values and objectives.
This vision should be broad, specific and attainable. Zaccaroa and his colleagues
(2001, p.451), presented the term ‘functional leadership’. This approach considers the
main job of leader as an inspiration to enhance the level of teamwork. Sharma and Jain
(2013, p.312), describe it as a good leader who know three rules of Be (possess good
characters, know (followers, leader, communication and situation) and Do (provide
direction).
