,Voorwoord
Voor de opleiding Business Studies van de Hogeschool Inholland hebben wij een motivatieonderzoek
uitgevoerd. Hierin wordt besproken welke motivatiefactoren van invloed zijn voor de Nederlandse
werknemer anno 2021.

Wij willen allereerst onze begeleidende docent Dhr. M. Schriemer bedanken voor de ondersteuning
en toelichtingen op onze vragen over het opstellen van dit onderzoek en uiteindelijk het
onderzoeksrapport. Ook willen wij de respondenten bedanken voor het meewerken aan ons
onderzoek, zonder de respondenten hadden wij dit onderzoek niet kunnen doen.

Dit project was zeer leerzaam, waarin veel informatie is verkregen. Door de goede communicatie en
samenwerking binnen de groep zijn we tot een mooi eindresultaat gekomen.
