You have recently been recruited by a new software
development company as a trainee project manager. The
company is just setting up the procedures it will use before
it starts taking on any development projects.

Context
Your manager has asked you to investigate the different
project management methodologies that the company could
use and report back to her. You need to write an evaluation
of three different projects, delivered using different project
management methodologies such as PRINCE2, RAD,
Waterfall or Agile. You need to explain what is involved at
each stage of the project and cover a comprehensive range
of benefits and limitations of using each methodology based
Task 1 on the context of the project. You should explain and
evaluate the structures used in the delivery of each project
(including user requirements, project job roles and
responsibilities, quality assurance, testing and deployment),
and how they play an important role in the management of
the project.
