With advertising there are certain things that you need to keep an eye on like budget. Some
businesses have budgets on how they can advertise for their job offers. Billboards, newspapers,
trade journal (like a magazine that contents the interest of those in a business, industry or
sometimes without costs to readers) and/ or tv/ radio. Not everything cost money but a lot of these
do, because you want to attract as many people.
In these days social media plays a big roll, because it spreads fast and costs nothing. This can be
Facebook, Instagram, snapchat or with twitter.
For making different kinds of advertisement you can hire a design advert. That’s someone who
creates visual artwork used in advertisements for products or services, but you could also do it in-
house. In- house is work or activity done by employee from your organisation or company rather
than someone outside the organisation or company. You could do both design advert and in- house,
because design advert knows how to put everything together and in- house knows what the
organisation stands for and the goal/ purpose. There are many ways to do advertisement it’s up to
the organisation on how, where and with who.
The MHM airline would most make use of social media and making an job advertisement and hiring a
design advert. We don’t have an exact budget, but no more than 10.000 euro’s.
