Voorwoord

Ik ben Julia van Ekert, 19 jaar en ik loop stage op de GRZ (geriatrische revalidatie) afdeling de
Regenboog, in het Elkerliek ziekenhuis. Op de afdeling is de revalidatie vooral gericht op
orthopedische aandoeningen, maar ook postoperatieve nazorg met het doel een therapeutisch
klimaat te creëren.
Sinds begin januari zijn wij een regionale cohort afdeling geworden, waarbij wij cliënten ontvangen
die nog besmettelijk zijn door COVID-19. Deze cliënten zijn gezond genoeg om van de IC af te gaan,
maar nog te ziek om zelfstandig naar huis te gaan.
