Lichaamszwaartepunt (LZP):
Het punt in de ruimte waar zich theoretisch gezien alle massa

- Anatomische stand: achter je navel/voor je staartbeen
Deelzwaartepunt (DLZ):
Zwaartepunt van bv je arm, benen of romp enz..

Voorbeeld met lopen:
Bergaf lopen: LZP relatief naar achteren / boven tov voorste voet
vergeleken met normaal lopen
Bergop lopen: LZP relatief naar voren

Steunpunt = contactpunten met de grond
Steunvlak = oppervlak tussen de steunpunten
Steunvlak links rechts =spreidstand
Steunvlak voor achter = voeten voor en achter elkaar

Stabiliteit = Voor ons lichaam betekent “stabiel zijn” met zo weinig mogelijk inspanning in balans zijn.
 je gaat vanzelf weer terug naar evenwicht.
Instabiel = je lichaam gaat niet meer vanzelf terug naar evenwicht

Insufficiëntie
Actieve insufficiëntie = de spieren zijn actief, maar ze kunnen niet verder contraheren. De myosine en
actine filamenten zijn dan al maximaal over elkaar heen geschoven.
1. Bijvoorbeeld: je knie naar je bil willen bewegen. Je kan wel verder als je het been helpt maar
hij kan zelf niet op eigen kracht verder omhoog.
Passieve insufficiëntie = de spieren kunnen niet verder uitgerekt worden. Het contractiele gedeelte
kan maar in beperkte mate uitgerekt worden. (dit kun je wel oefenen en trainen)

Extern moment = dingen van buiten af op het lichaam (wind, zwaartekracht, objecten)
Intern moment = regeling van in het lichaam (spieren, banden, botten)
