AffirmativeT ED5010 How can hospitals attract new talent? Capella University ED5010: Foundations of Master s Studies in Education Healthcare is an ever-changing field, especially since the pandemic. Hospitals are now having a hard time finding staff. The purpose of this paper will be either to identify and describe the many things that it takes for hospitals to attract new employees or what hospitals can do to retain employees. Appreciative Inquiry is the study of what gives life to human systems when they function at their best (Whitney et al., 2010). My inquiry will take place at the Excela Health System, specifically at my hospital, Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. This inquiry would include all departments of the hospital.
