My current organization is a not-for-profit organization with an extensive healthcare system with many hospitals, urgent care centers, outpatient surgery, and clinics. The organizational structure for the organization is a shared governance structure. Its organizational structure is a flat type of organizational structure, with board members, nurses, physicians, and management.
