There are five types of information used in business on a daily basis to ensure that communication
and information shares correctly and effectively. These types of information include verbal,
written, on-screen, multimedia and web-based. Furthermore, in this assignment, each type of
information will explained, along with significance, benefits and limitations and the importance of
where the source of information was originates
 Verbal Information
This type of information is the interaction between two or more persons using the action of speech
to send a message and listening to receive the message. Verbal information can be a face-to-face
conversation, a telephone conversation or a meeting with a group of people whether small or large.
Verbal information is the most suitable and effective way to communicate with someone rather
