Introduction
This assignment focuses on how HSS Hire communicates externally while containing a
corporate identity or brand image of the business.
What is Corporate Communication?
Corporate communication is the act of creating and setting out activities to maintain internal
and external communications, while aiming to create or maintain a good image in the public
as a business and a unique identity. It involves a process in which the business attempts to
increase the awareness of information about the business, with the objective of intensifying
the public’s thoughts and opinions about the business. They can do this by using different
methods such as their mission statement, logos, advertisement, endorsement, sponsorships,
etc.
Mission Statement
This is a brief statement, which sums up what the business is aiming to do. It describes their
goal as a business, what they are providing for the public whilst giving the company a good
business image.

eyes of the public. This symbol is on a variety of items such as the employee uniforms,

The Logo, which identifies HSS Hire, combines the business names while including chosen
colours, which identify the business also, which are blue and yellow. These colours are on the
vehicles, uniforms, etc.
