Projectproject 2: HR-scan

, Voorwoord
Voor deelproduct twee hebben wij als projectgroepje een HR-scan gedaan. Hiervoor zijn we bij de
Provincie Noord-Holland geweest in Haarlem. Om de HR-scan uit te voeren hebben we als groep de
opdracht gekregen om een HR-professional, een leidinggevende en twee medewerkers van een
willekeurig bedrijf te interviewen. Ook bereiden we ons voor door de literatuur te bestuderen en die
daarna te verwerken in ons verslag. De thema’s ‘werving’, ‘selectie’ en ‘de rol HR-professional’ horen
bij het eerste hoofdstuk, dat wordt geschreven door Mia Alkobi en Wahied Rahimbaks. Het tweede
hoofdstuk bevat de thema’s ‘ontwikkeling’ en ‘duurzame inzetbaarheid’ en wordt geschreven door
Meike Lubbers. Hoofdstuk drie wordt gemaakt door Sofie Takacs en Noor Luehof.
