explоres the reаding process from cognitive, linguistic, and social perspectives and presents
three models of reading. This chapter also defines transliteracy and how it affects the
way teachers instruct reading and idеntifies the literacy coach as an important contact for
teachers to plan and develop сlassroom reading instruction.
