THE NURSE QUALITY MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING AND ADVANCING QUALITY IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES
WITHIN THE NURSING DEPARTMENT. THIS ROLE FOCUSES ON OPTIMIZING CLINICAL PROCESSES TO MINIMIZE RISK, REDUCE
WASTE, AND ENHANCE OVERALL PATIENT SAFETY AND SATISFACTION. BY COLLABORATING CLOSELY WITH
MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAMS, THE MANAGER ENSURES COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATORY STANDARDS AND FOSTERS A
CONTINUOUS, VALUE-BASED CULTURE OF EXCELLENCE.


RESPONSIBILITIES (TOP 5):
1. Develop, implement, and maintain standardized quality assurance policies, procedures, and improvement
plans across the organization.
2. Ensure all nursing practices and facilities operations comply with local, state, federal, and accreditation
standards.
3. Conduct regular clinical audits, incident investigations, and develop corrective action plans to mitigate risk.
4. Work alongside physicians, administrators, and Allied health professionals to facilitate seamless care

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN NURSING (BSN) REQUIRED; MASTER’S OF SCIENCE IN NURSING (MSN) PREFERRED
2. ACTIVE, UNENCUMBERED REGISTERED NURSE (RN) LICENSE
3. CERTIFICATION IN LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT PREFERRED
